Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Bedienen von Funktionen in einem Fahrzeug, mit einem Bedienfeld (1), welches örtlich verschiebbar in dem Fahrzeug angeordnet ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Antrieb zum Verschieben des Bedienfelds (1) vorgesehen ist, welcher mit einer Steuerung (2) verbunden ist, wobei die Steuerung (2) ferner mit einem berührungs- und/oder annäherungssensitiven Verstellelement (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Steuerung (2) dazu eingerichtet ist, im Fall einer Annäherung oder Berührung des Verstellelements (3) den Antrieb zu aktivieren und bei einer Veränderung der Position der Annäherung oder Berührung das Bedienfeld (1) analog hierzu zu verschieben.
