The invention relates to a composite material based on a rubber composition based on at least one elastomer, a reinforcing filler, a crosslinking system and at least one metallic reinforcing element embedded in said rubber composition, said composite material being obtained by a method comprising at least one step of generating an atmospheric plasma, a step of contacting the surface of the metallic reinforcing element with the atmospheric plasma, and a step in which the metallic reinforcing element is embedded in the rubber composition so as to obtain the composite material.
L'invention concerne un composite à base d'une composition de caoutchouc à base d'au moins un élastomère, une charge renforçante, un système de réticulation et d'au moins un élément de renfort métallique noyé dans ladite composition de caoutchouc, ledit composite étant obtenu par un procédé comprenant au moins une étape de génération d'un plasma atmosphérique, une étape de mise en contact de la surface de l'élément de renfort métallique avec le plasma atmosphérique et une étape dans laquelle l'élément de renfort métallique est noyé dans la composition de caoutchouc de manière à obtenir le composite.
