The method comprises: obtaining photographing parameter information of the photographing device, wherein the photographing parameter information comprises a field angle of the photographing device and the resolution of a captured image of the photographing device (S110); obtaining image coordinates of a target object selected by a user in the captured image (S120); and controlling the attitude of the gimbal according to the photographing parameter information and the image coordinates of the target object, so that the target object is at a preset position in the captured image (S130). By means of the method above, the rotation of the gimbal can be controlled so that a specified point selected in the captured image appears at a preset position of the captured image, thereby obtaining an ideal captured image.
