A method of forming a non-pneumatic tire (10) is provided that includes the steps of providing an outer shear band ring (12), an intermediate section (14) with a supporting structure (16), and an inner shear band ring. The intermediate section is positioned inside of the outer shear band ring such that the outer shear band ring is located outward from the intermediate section in a radial direction of the tire. A hub (20) is positioned inside of the intermediate section (14) such that the intermediate section is located outward from the hub (20) in the radial direction.
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un pneu sans air (10), qui comprend les étapes consistant à utiliser un anneau de bande de cisaillement externe (12), une section intermédiaire (14) dotée d'une structure de support (16) et un anneau de bande de cisaillement interne. La section intermédiaire est disposée à l'intérieur de l'anneau de bande de cisaillement externe de façon telle que l'anneau de bande de cisaillement externe est situé vers l'extérieur par rapport à la section intermédiaire dans une direction radiale du pneu. Un moyeu (20) est disposé à l'intérieur de la section intermédiaire (14) de façon telle que la section intermédiaire est située vers l'extérieur du moyeu (20) dans la direction radiale.
