There is provided a robotic cart pulling vehicle (2) for automated docking and pulling a cart (3), such as a wheeled hospital cart for e.g. linen. In particular the vehicle (2) is provided with a unique gripping means (1) for holding the cart (3). Furthermore, the robotic vehicle (2) implements a positioning system for safely driving on hospital corridors and further comprises one or more sensors to indicate the position of the robot (2) relative to the surroundings for avoiding unnecessary impacts.
L'invention concerne un véhicule robotique de traction de chariot (2) pour l'amarrage et la traction automatisés d'un chariot (3), tel qu'un chariot d'hôpital à roues pour le linge, par exemple. En particulier le véhicule (2) est pourvu d'un moyen de préhension unique (1) permettant de tenir le chariot (3). En outre, le véhicule robotique (2) met en oeuvre un système de positionnement pour le déplacement en toute sécurité dans les couloirs d'hôpital et comprend aussi un ou plusieurs capteurs servant à indiquer la position du robot (2) par rapport aux alentours pour éviter les impacts inutiles.
