The present invention relates to an autonomous driving vehicle, and a system and a method for remotely controlling the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the autonomous driving vehicle comprises: a communication unit performing communication with a control system; and a processor automatically determining opening and closing of a door and whether restarting is necessary when a passenger gets in or out of the autonomous driving vehicle and requesting remote control to the control system through the communication unit when operation according to an automatic determination result is impossible or automatic determination is impossible.
본 발명은 자율 주행 차량, 그를 원격 제어하는 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 자율 주행 차량은, 관제 시스템과 통신을 수행하는 통신부; 및 자율 주행 차량의 승객 승하차 상황 시 도어 개폐 및 재출발의 필요 여부를 자동으로 판단하고, 자동 판단 결과에 따른 동작이 불가능하거나 자동 판단이 불가능한 경우 상기 통신부를 통해 관제 시스템으로 원격제어를 요청하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
