Introduced are a vehicle air heat exchange apparatus control system and a control method. The vehicle air heat exchange apparatus control system of the present invention comprises: an information collection unit which collects environmental information including a vehicle's current vehicle speed, a required air mass flow rate, and an exterior air temperature; a storage unit which stores the environmental information; and a control unit which calculates a running load and a cooling load based on the environmental information and a control amount of an air heat exchange apparatus which minimizes a cost function, which is a sum of the running load and the cooling load. Provided are the vehicle air heat exchange apparatus which improves vehicle fuel efficiency and improves cooling performance, and the control method.

    차량의 현재차속, 필요공기질량유량 및 외부공기온도를 포함하는 환경 정보를 수집하는 정보수집부; 환경 정보를 저장하는 저장부; 및 환경 정보를 기반으로 주행부하와 냉각부하를 산출하고, 주행부하와 냉각부하의 합인 비용함수가 최소가 되는 공기열교환장치의 제어량을 산출하는 제어부;를 포함하는 차량의 공기열교환장치 제어시스템 및 제어방법이 소개된다.
