The present invention relates to an automatic traveling method, a work vehicle, and an automatic traveling system. Provided are the automatic traveling method, capable of improving workability by simplifying an operation, the work vehicle, and the automatic traveling system. A combine (1) is equipped with a control device (50), and the control device (50) functions as an automatic traveling unit (55) and a switching unit (57). The automatic traveling unit (55) executes automatic traveling of the combine (1) as an automatic straight ahead operation. The switching unit (57) switches the automatic traveling of the combine (1) to manual traveling when detecting a transition from a non-reaped area to a pre-reaped area during execution of the automatic traveling. The automatic driving method of the present invention comprises an automatic traveling process; and a switching process.
