The present invention relates to an LED floor-type pedestrian traffic light and, more specifically, to an LED floor-type pedestrian traffic light, which has an aluminum plate installed on the bottom of an LED board and has a carbon fiber portion installed between the LED board and the aluminum plate, so that the carbon fiber portion absorbs heat generated by the LED board and transfers the heat to the aluminum plate to dissipate the heat to the outside, thereby protect the LED substrate from high heat, enables a control unit to supply a current to the carbon fiber portion according to the temperature and humidity inside a case to generate heat to control the temperature and humidity inside the case to prevent short circuits and shortened lifespan of the LED board due to corrosion of and damage to a circuit formed on the LED board, thereby increasing product efficiency, provides pedestrians with pedestrian signals as additional signal information that are turned on or off on the bottom of crosswalk waiting lines, to prevent accidents from occurring frequently at a crosswalk when the pedestrians who walk with the heads down while looking at smartphones do not recognize the surroundings, and has the LED board inclined toward a sidewalk, thereby providing convenience in walking on the crosswalk, and enables the pedestrians to easily check the pedestrian signals even at a distance from the floor-type pedestrian traffic light to identify the location of the crosswalk while walking, thereby preventing traffic accidents.

본 발명은 LED 바닥형 보행 신호등에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 LED 기판의 저면에 알루미늄 판이 설치되고, 상기 LED 기판과 알루미늄 판 사이에 탄소 섬유부가 설치됨으로써, LED 기판에서 발생한 열을 탄소 섬유부가 흡수한 뒤 알루미늄 판에 전달하여 외부로 방열시켜 LED 기판을 고열로부터 보호하고, 케이스 내부의 온도와 습도에 따라 제어부에 의해 탄소 섬유부에 전류가 공급되어 발열하기에 케이스 내부의 온도와 습도를 제어할 수 있어 LED 기판에 형성된 회로의 부식 및 파손에 의한 쇼트와 LED 기판의 수명 단축을 미연에 방지할 수 있어 제품의 효율성이 높아지며, 고개를 숙인체 스마트폰 등을 보면서 보행을 하는 보행자의 경우 주변의 상황을 인지하지 못하기 때문에 횡단보도에서 사고가 빈번에게 일어나는 것을 방지하기 위하여 횡단보도 대기선 바닥에서 점등한 보행신호를 보행자에게 추가적인 신호정보를 제공하고, LED 기판을 도보쪽으로 경사지게 형성함으로서 횡단보도의 보행에 따른 편의를 제공하고, 바닥형 보행 신호등 에서 떨어진 위치에서도 쉽게 보행자신호를 확인할 수 있어 보행중 횡단보도의 위치를 파악하여 교통사고를 미연에 방지하는 특징이 있다.
