The present invention relates to a ship designed by a 3D printer and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention relates to a technology capable of outputting and manufacturing the ship by the 3D printer. The ship designed by the 3D printer includes: multiple blocks formed by being output through the 3D printer by a program which is set to form an empty inner space in the blocks and form a keyhole at an adjacent end; and a key connecting the blocks by being coupled to the keyhole of the block. The block is outputted by the 3D printing so that a horizontal partition and a longitudinal partition are individually formed in one or more blocks. When the key is connected between the blocks in the horizontal direction and the longitudinal direction, the block is partitioned and has an independent inner space. Therefore, the ship can be manufactured by the 3D printing.

    본 발명은 3D프린터에 의해 설계된 선박 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 선박을 3D 프린터에 의해 출력하여 제작할 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 내부 빈공간을 가지며 인접한 단부에 키홀이 형성되도록 설정된 프로그램에 의해 3D 프린터에 의해 출력되어 형성되는 복수 개의 블록; 상기 블록에 키홀에 체결되어 상기 블록끼리 연결하는 키;가 포함되며, 상기 블록은 어느 하나 이상에서 횡격벽, 종격벽이 각각 형성되게 상기 3D 프린팅에 의해 출력되어 상기 블록끼리 횡방향 및 종방향으로 키 결합시 상기 블록은 구획되어 독립된 내부공간을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D프린터에 의해 설계된 선박과 그 제조방법을 제공하여 3D프린팅으로 선박을 제조할 수 있다.
