The present invention provides an air conditioner for a vehicle. The air conditioner for a vehicle comprises: an intake unit installed on a power electric (PE) room side of a dash panel to suction air; a heat exchange unit installed on the PE room side of the dash panel, coupled to the intake unit, and heating or cooling the air received from the intake unit to supply the same to the interior of a vehicle; a distribution unit installed on a side of the interior of the vehicle with respect to the dash panel to distribute the air, received from the heat exchange unit, to the interior of the vehicle; and a filter unit installed in the interior of the vehicle based on the dash panel to purify the air suctioned into the intake unit. Therefore, the air conditioner for a vehicle can include the intake unit and the heat exchange unit installed on the PE room side of the dash panel, the distribution unit installed on the side of the interior of the vehicle with respect to the dash panel, and the filter unit for purifying the air suctioned into the intake unit, thereby blocking outdoor noise, removing dust, and purifying the air suctioned into the intake unit. In addition, the air conditioner for a vehicle can include the filter unit which has a filter case, a filter coupled to the inside of the filter case, a plurality of bosses provided on the edge of the filter case, and coupling members and fixing members, thereby enabling simple replacement and installation work and solid coupling.

본 발명은, 대시패널을 기준으로 PE(Power Electric)룸 측에 설치되며, 공기를 흡입하는 인테이크 유닛; 대시패널을 기준으로 PE룸 측에 설치되며, 상기 인테이크 유닛과 결합되고, 상기 인테이크 유닛으로부터 공급받은 공기를 가열 또는 냉각시켜 차실내로 공급하는 열교환기 유닛; 대시패널을 기준으로 차실내 측에 설치되고, 상기 열교환기 유닛으로부터 공급받은 공기를 차실내로 분배하는 분배유닛; 및 대시패널을 기준으로 차실내 측에 설치되며, 상기 인테이크 유닛으로 흡입되는 공기를 정화시키는 필터유닛을 포함하는 차량용 공조장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 차량용 공조장치에 의하면, 대시패널을 기준으로 PE(Power Electric)룸 측에 설치되는 인테이크 유닛 및 열교환 유닛과 대시패널을 기준으로 차실내 측에 설치되는 분배유닛에 인테이크 유닛으로 흡입되는 공기를 정화시키는 필터유닛이 설치됨으로써, 실외의 소음이 차단되도록 하고 먼지가 제거되며 인테이크 유닛으로 흡입되는 공기가 정화하도록 한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 차량용 공조장치에 의하면, 필터유닛이 필터케이스와, 필터케이스의 내부에 결합되는 필터와, 필터케이스의 테두리에 다수개로 구비되는 보스를 가지며 결합부재와 고정부재를 구비함으로써, 단순한 교체와 설치 작업 및 견고한 결합을 가능하게 한다.
