The present invention provides a floating hydrogen production and management system. According to one aspect of the present invention, a floating hydrogen production and management system comprises: a first storage tank provided on a first floating offshore structure and accommodating a liquefied natural gas and a boil-off gas generated therefrom; a reformer installed in the first floating offshore structure to receive at least one between the natural gas and the boil-off gas gasified from the first storage tank, produce hydrogen and supply the hydrogen to a hydrogen demand place; a regasification line provided with a gasifier regasifying the liquefied natural gas in the first storage tank and supplying the gasified natural gas to the reformer; an IGG device separating nitrogen and oxygen from air to discharge the nitrogen and the oxygen; and a fuel cell unit connected to the hydrogen demand place to receive the hydrogen from the reformer, to receive the oxygen from the IGG device and to generate electricity. The present invention can increase hydrogen production efficiency.
본 발명의 부유식 수소 생산 및 관리 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 제1 부유식 해상 구조물에 마련되고 액화천연가스 및 이로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 수용하는 제1 저장탱크; 제1 부유식 해상 구조물에 설치되어 제1 저장탱크로부터 기화된 천연가스 및 증발가스 중 적어도 하나를 공급받아 수소를 생산하고 수소 수요처로 공급하는 개질기; 제1 저장탱크의 액화천연가스를 재기화시키는 기화기를 구비하고, 기화된 천연가스를 개질기로 공급하는 재기화 라인; 공기로부터 질소와 산소를 분리하여 배출하는 IGG장치; 및 수소 수요처와 병렬로 연결되어 개질기로부터 수소를 공급받고 IGG장치로부터 산소를 공급받아 전기를 생산하는 연료전지유닛;을 포함하는 부유식 수소 생산 및 관리 시스템이 제공될 수 있다.
