The present invention relates to glass with variable transparency and, more particularly, to glass in which transmittance of incident light is variably controlled. According to the present invention, the glass with variable transparency comprises: a first electrode having a first transparent electrode provided on an inner surface; a second electrode having a second transparent electrode provided on the inner surface; and a micro capsule provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, and controlling transmittance of incident light by changing positions of fine particles having a single polarity in response to a voltage applied to the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode.
본 발명은 투명도 가변 글래스에 관한 것으로, 특히 입사되는 광의 투과율이 가변적으로 제어되는 글래스에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 내측면에 제 1투명전극이 구비된 제 1전극, 내측면에 제 2투명전극이 구비된 제 2전극 및 제 1전극과 제 2전극 사이에 구비되며, 제 1투명전극과 제 2투명전극에 인가되는 전압에 대응하여 단일 극성을 가진 미세 입자들의 위치가 변화되어 입사광의 투과율을 제어하는 마이크로 캡슐을 포함한다.
