Disclosed are a boil-off gas treatment method for a vessel and a system thereof. The boil-off gas treatment method of the present invention includes the following steps of: compressing boil-off gas produced from a storage tank storing liquefied gas in a vessel, with fuel supply pressure of a main engine in the vessel via a plurality of compressors; cooling boil-off gas, which is not supplied as fuel for the main engine, of the boil-off gas compressed by the multistage compressor through a heat exchange on a heat exchanger with non-compressed boil-off gas to be introduced into the multistage compressor, and then, additionally cooling the boil-off gas through decompression to re-liquefy the same and re-store the same in the storage tank; separating flash gas from the re-liquefied boil-off gas through a gas-liquid separator to supply the whole flash gas or some of the same to a middle stage after at least one compressor of the multistage compressor, which is no more than driving pressure of the gas-liquid separator, via the heat exchanger; and performing driving by increasing the driving pressure of the middle stage of the multistage compressor to which the flash gas separated by the gas-liquid separator is supplied. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing power consumption by lowering the flowrate of boil-off gas.

    선박의 증발가스 처리 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 선박의 증발가스 처리 방법은, 선박에서 액화가스가 저장된 저장탱크로부터 발생하는 증발가스를, 복수의 컴프레서를 포함하는 다단 압축기를 거쳐 선내 주엔진의 연료공급압력으로 압축하고, 상기 다단 압축기에서 압축된 증발가스 중 상기 주엔진의 연료로 공급되지 않은 증발가스를, 상기 다단 압축기로 도입될 미압축 증발가스와 열교환기에서 열교환시켜 냉각하고, 감압으로 추가 냉각하여 재액화하고 상기 저장탱크로 재저장하되, 상기 재액화된 증발가스로부터 플래시가스를 기액분리기로 분리하여 그 전부 또는 일부를, 상기 열교환기를 거쳐 상기 기액분리기의 운전압력 이하인 상기 다단 압축기 중 적어도 1개의 컴프레서 이후의 중간 단으로 공급하고, 상기 기액분리기에서 분리된 플래시가스가 공급되는 다단 압축기의 중간 단 운전 압력을 상승시켜 운전하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
