The present invention relates to a vehicle image recording apparatus for preventing erroneous or unnecessary recording by exception handling of unnecessary impact, a system including the same, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle image recording apparatus may comprise: a processor which determines whether an impact is caused by an accident using a signal from an internal communication network of a vehicle when the impact greater than a predetermined standard value occurs in the vehicle, and controls not to perform vehicle image recording for a predetermined exception processing time if the impact is not due to an accident; and a storage unit controlled by the processor to record an image of the vehicle.
본 발명은 차량 영상 기록 장치, 그를 포함한 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량 영상 기록 장치는 차량에 미리 정한 기준치 이상의 충격이 발생한 경우, 차량 내부 통신망의 신호를 이용하여 사고에 의한 충격인지를 판단하고, 사고에 의한 충격이 아닌 경우 미리 정한 예외 처리 시간 동안 차량 영상 기록을 미 수행하도록 제어하는 프로세서; 및 상기 프로세서에 의해 제어되어 상기 차량 영상을 기록하는 저장부;를 포함할 수 있다.
