According to the present invention, the system includes: a sensing module (142) performing autonomous driving by an autonomous driving module (141), and receiving position information of an autonomous driving vehicle (10) by a position measurement sensor (123) and impulse information by an impulse sensing sensor (125) in real time, and then, storing the position information and the impulse information in a storage part (150); and a condition information output module (143) outputting warning information to an external display (170) when analysis by the sensing module (142) indicates that a human object moves less than a preset standard in internal image information obtained by an internal camera (122). Therefore, when an impulse which is above a preset impulse is sensed, the condition of vehicle passengers in the autonomous driving vehicle is sensed, and information about movements is outputted to the outside, thereby providing an effect of making a quick request for help to the outside when there is an injured patient in an autonomous driving vehicle in case of an accident.
