Disclosed are a system and a method for controlling thermal management of a vehicle. The system comprises: a thermal management device composed of a cooling water line where cooling water circulates through a pump and a refrigerant line where a refrigerant circulates through a compressor and enabling the cooling water line and the refrigerant line to exchange heat; a vehicle component where thermal management is performed through the thermal management device; a component state unit collecting a state of the vehicle component; a disturbance collection unit collecting a state of disturbance affecting the thermal management of the vehicle component; a calculation unit calculating a required driving amount of the compressor and a required driving amount of a pump through a past state value of the vehicle component collected through the component state unit and a past state value of the disturbance collected through the disturbance collection unit; and an operation unit controlling operation of the thermal management device in accordance with the required driving amounts of the pump and the compressor calculated by the calculation unit.
펌프를 통해 냉각수가 순환되는 냉각수라인 및 압축기를 통해 냉매가 순환되는 냉매라인으로 구성되며, 냉각수라인과 냉매라인이 열교환되는 열관리장치; 열관리장치를 통해 열관리가 이루어지는 차량부품; 차량부품의 상태를 수집하는 부품상태부; 차량부품의 열관리에 영향을 미치는 외란의 상태를 수집하는 외란수집부; 부품상태부를 통해 수집한 차량부품의 과거 상태값과 외란수집부를 통해 수집한 외란의 과거 상태값을 통해 펌프의 필요가동량과 압축기의 필요가동량을 산출하는 산출부; 및 산출부에서 산출한 펌프의 필요가동량과 압축기의 필요가동량에 따라 열관리장치의 동작을 제어하는 작동부;를 포함하는 차량의 열관리장치 제어시스템 및 제어방법이 소개된다.
