The present invention relates to a system and a method which supply boil-off gas naturally gasified in a liquefied gas storage tank as fuel of an engine, and reliquefy the surplus boil-off gas remaining after supplying the boil-off gas to the engine by using the boil-off gas naturally gasified in the liquefied gas storage tank and the boil-off gas to be supplied as fuel of the engine as a refrigerant to process the boil-off gas. According to the present invention, the boil-off gas processing system comprises: a high-pressure compressor to compress boil-off gas discharged from a liquefied gas storage tank to a gas fuel pressure condition required by a high-pressure engine; a reliquefaction line allowing surplus boil-off gas exceeding a fuel demand required by the high-pressure engine in the high-pressure boil-off gas compressed by the high-pressure compressor to flow thereinto; a second fuel line branching from the reliquefaction line, and allowing the boil-off gas by a fuel demand required by the low-pressure engine in the high-pressure boil-off gas flowing into the reliquefaction line to flow thereinto; a decompression device for fuel to decompress the high-pressure boil-off gas to be supplied as fuel of the low-pressure engine to a pressure required by the low-pressure engine; and a heat exchanger to cool the high-pressure boil-off gas to be reliquefied in the high-pressure boil-off gas flowing into the reliquefaction line by recovering cold of the decompressed boil-off gas decompressed by the decompression device for fuel.

본 발명은, 액화가스 저장탱크에서 자연기화된 증발가스를 엔진의 연료로 공급하고, 엔진으로 공급하고 남은 잉여 증발가스는, 액화가스 저장탱크에서 자연기화된 증발가스와 엔진의 연료로 공급할 증발가스를 냉매로 사용하여 재액화시킴으로써, 증발가스를 처리하는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 증발가스 처리 시스템은, 액화가스 저장탱크로부터 배출되는 증발가스를 고압 엔진에서 요구하는 가스연료 압력 조건까지 압축시키는 고압 압축기; 상기 고압 압축기에서 압축된 고압 증발가스 중에서, 상기 고압 엔진에서 요구하는 연료 수요량을 초과하는 잉여의 증발가스가 유입되는 재액화 라인; 상기 재액화 라인으로부터 분기되며, 상기 재액화 라인으로 유입된 고압 증발가스 중에서, 상기 저압 엔진에서 요구하는 연료 수요량만큼의 증발가스가 유입되는 제2 연료라인; 상기 저압 엔진의 연료로 공급할 고압 증발가스를 상기 저압 엔진에서 요구하는 압력까지 감압시키는 연료용 감압장치; 및 상기 재액화 라인으로 유입된 고압 증발가스 중에서, 재액화시킬 고압 증발가스를, 상기 연료용 감압장치에 의해 감압된 감압 증발가스의 냉열을 회수하여 냉각시키는 열교환기;를 포함한다.
