According to the present invention, disclosed are a system embodying an algorithm for wave spectrum real-time estimation and sailing guideline provision and a vessel or a marine structure including the same system. The system includes: a measurement instrument sensing motion data of a vessel body in real time; a normalized motion analysis DB built by calculating motion data of the vessel body in accordance with a wave direction and a wave period change through analysis and normalizing the same based on a first specific motion; and a control part building an actual measurement DB by receiving the displacement and acceleration sensed by the measurement instrument, forming a normalized motion measurement DB by normalizing the actual measurement DB based on a second specific motion of the actual measurement DB, which is identical to the first specific motion, determining a wave direction and a wave period from the normalized motion analysis DB which is the most similar to the normalized motion measurement DB, estimating wave height information of a sailing sea area by a linear characteristic, and providing sailing guideline information by a motion change in accordance with a sailing condition change. Therefore, as the real-time wave spectrum estimation system uses motion data measured in real time from a sailing vessel or marine structure, the system can provide optimal sailing guideline information by suggesting a motion characteristic change in accordance with a sailing condition change of a sailing direction of the vessel and a vessel velocity in a current sailing state, thus enabling stable sailing even in a tough marine environment.

    본 발명은, 선체의 운동데이터를 실시간 감지하는 계측기; 해석을 통해 파향과 파주기 변화에 따른 선체의 운동데이터를 산출하고 제1특정 모션을 기준으로 정규화하여 구축된 정규 모션 해석 DB; 및 상기 계측기에 의해 감지된 운동데이터에 의해 실제 계측 DB를 구축하며, 상기 제1특정 모션과 동일한 상기 실제 계측 DB의 제2특정 모션을 기준으로 정규화하여 정규 모션 계측 DB를 구성하며, 상기 정규 모션 계측 DB와 가장 유사한 정규 모션 해석 DB로부터 파향과 파주기를 결정하고, 선형특성에 의해 운항해역의 파고정보를 추정하며, 운항조건변화에 따른 모션변화에 의한 운항지침정보를 제공하는, 제어부를 포함하여, 운항중인 선박 또는 해양구조물에서 실시간 계측되는 모션 운동데이터를 활용하여, 현재 운항 상태에서 선속 및 선박의 운항방향의 운항조건변화에 따른 모션특성변화를 제시하여 최적의 운항지침정보를 제공하여서, 가혹한 해상환경 하에서도 안정적으로 운항하도록 하는, 파랑 스펙트럼 실시간 추정 및 운항지침제공 알고리즘을 구현한 시스템 및 동 시스템을 구비한 선박 또는 해양구조물을 개시한다.
