A method of calculating a LNG BOR in a cargo hold is disclosed. The method of calculating the LNG BOR in a cargo hold including an insulating member made of polyurethane foam comprises the following steps: generating a 3D modeling of the cargo hold in which the amount of heat shrinkage deformation of the insulating member is reflected, after calculating the amount of heat shrinkage deformation of the insulating member provided in the cargo hold using a finite element method; and deriving the LNG BOR of the cargo hold by calculating the heat inflow amount of the cargo hold and the temperature distribution around the cargo hold and the cargo hold through CFD analysis.
화물창 내 LNG BOR 계산 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 폴리우레탄 폼으로 이루어지는 단열부재를 포함하는 화물창 내 LNG BOR을 계산하는 방법에 있어서, 유한 요소법을 이용하여 화물창 내에 마련되는 단열부재의 열수축 변형량을 계산한 후, 상기 단열부재의 열수축 변형량이 반영된 화물창의 3D 모델링을 생성하고, CFD 해석을 통해 상기 화물창의 열유입량과 상기 화물창 및 상기 화물창 주변부의 온도 분포를 계산함으로써, 상기 화물창의 LNG BOR을 도출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화물창 내 LNG BOR 계산 방법을 제공한다.
