Disclosed is a method for calculating a BOR of LNG in a cargo hold. The method for calculating a BOR of LNG in the cargo hold includes the following steps: generating three-dimensional modeling of the cargo hold reflecting a real design; inputting material properties of elements modeling the cargo hold; calculating temperature of the elements through CFD interpretation; calculating the amount of heat inflow of the cargo hold and temperature distribution around the cargo hold by using the temperature of the calculated elements; and calculating the BOR of the LNG of the cargo hold. The heat convection through a slit or a gap between a plurality of insulation members provided on the cargo hold is reflected when the amount of heat inflow of the cargo hold is calculated.
화물창 내 LNG BOR 계산 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 화물창 내 LNG BOR 계산 방법은, 실제 설계를 반영한 화물창의 3D 모델링을 생성하는 단계; 화물창을 모델링한 요소들의 물성치를 입력하는 단계; CFD 해석을 통해 요소들의 온도를 계산하는 단계; 계산된 요소들의 온도를 이용하여 화물창의 열유입량과 화물창 및 화물창 주변부의 온도 분포를 계산하는 단계; 및 화물창의 LNG BOR을 계산하는 단계를 포함하고, 화물창의 열유입량을 계산시, 화물창에 마련되는 복수의 단열부재간 슬릿(slit) 또는 갭(gap)을 통한 열대류가 반영되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
