Disclosed is an insulation system of a liquefied gas hold. According to the present invention, the insulation system of the liquefied gas hold in a double barrier structure comprises: a secondary insulation layer placed on an internal wall of a hull; a secondary sealing wall installed on an upper side of the secondary insulation layer, and made of a metal membrane; a primary insulation layer placed on the secondary sealing wall; a primary sealing wall installed on an upper side of the primary insulation layer, and made of a metal membrane; cross-shaped transverse connectors installed along the edge of a front wall and a rear wall of the liquefied gas hold to support both ends of the secondary sealing wall; a corner unit insulation box placed between the transverse connectors and the hull to support the transverse connectors; a corner unit insulation block of which an external wall surface is bent by 90 degrees and is supported by the transverse connectors; a metallic connection plate installed on an upper side of the corner unit insulation block to be welded with both ends of the primary sealing wall; and a finishing member which seals corrugations formed on the edge of the primary sealing wall by being opened. The finishing member is an end cap which respectively finishes corrugations formed on the edge of the primary sealing wall by being opened. The present invention aims to provide the insulation system for a liquefied gas hold, which is able to provide a new type of insulation system for the liquefied gas hold and to make it easy to construct such an insulation system.

    액화가스 화물창의 단열시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명은 선체 내벽 상에 배치되는 2차 단열층과, 2차 단열층의 상부에 설치되며 금속 멤브레인으로 이루어지는 2차 밀봉벽과, 2차 밀봉벽 상에 배치되는 1차 단열층과, 1차 단열층의 상부에 설치되며 금속 멤브레인으로 이루어지는 1차 밀봉벽을 포함하는 이중 방벽(double barrier) 구조의 액화가스 화물창에 있어서, 액화가스 화물창의 전방벽 및 후방벽의 가장자리를 따라 설치되며, 2차 밀봉벽의 양 끝단을 지지하는 십(十)자 형태의 트랜스버스 연결체; 트랜스버스 연결체와 선체 사이에 배치되어 트랜스버스 연결체를 지지하는 코너부 단열박스; 90°로 절곡된 외측 벽면이 트랜스버스 연결체의 의해 지지되는 코너부 단열블록; 코너부 단열블록의 상부에 설치되며 1차 밀봉벽의 양 끝단이 용접되는 금속 재질의 연결 플레이트; 및 1차 밀봉벽의 가장자리 부분에 열린 상태로 형성되는 주름을 밀봉하는 마감부재를 포함하고, 마감부재는 1차 밀봉벽의 가장자리에 형성되는 열린 상태의 주름을 각각 마감하는 엔드 캡(end cap)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 액화가스 화물창의 단열시스템을 제공한다.
