Disclosed is a roll and brake test system. According to an embodiment of the disclosed present invention, the roll and brake test system comprises: a wheel base for placing a vehicle to be inspected at the correct position; front and rear wheel driving rollers, respectively, installed to be driven on front and rear sides of the wheel base; a retaining roller freely rotated by each wheel of the vehicle to be inspected at the front and rear sides of the wheel base; and a wheel cap mounting unit for mounting a wheel cap on each wheel of the vehicle to be inspected. The roll and brake test system may further comprise: (i) front and rear wheel regenerative braking motors, respectively connected to the front and rear driving rollers, separately providing the front and rear driving rollers with a rotational driving force, and generating electric energy from regenerative braking; (ii) a power generation unit connected to at least one of the front and rear wheel driving rollers, the retaining roller, and the wheel cap mounting unit, and converting rotational kinetic energy into electric energy; and (iii) an energy storage unit connected to the front and rear wheel regenerative braking motors and the power generation unit, and storing the generated electric energy generated by the front and rear wheel regenerative braking motors and the power generation unit. Accordingly, usage costs of electric energy and production costs can be saved.

    롤 앤 브레이크 검사 시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명의 예시적인 일 실시 예에 따른 롤 앤 브레이크 검사 시스템은, 검사 차량을 정 위치시키는 휠 베이스와, 휠 베이스의 전후방 측에 각각 구동 가능하게 설치되는 전륜 및 후륜 구동롤러와, 휠 베이스의 전후방 측에서 검사 차량의 각 차륜에 의해 프리 회전하는 리테이닝 롤러와, 검사 차량의 각 차륜에 휠 캡을 장착하는 휠 캡 장착유닛을 포함하는 것으로서, ⅰ)전륜 구동롤러 및 후륜 구동롤러와 각각 연결되고, 전륜 구동롤러 및 후륜 구동롤러에 회전 구동력을 각각 제공하며, 회생제동 전기 에너지를 발생시키는 전륜 및 후륜 회생제동 모터와, ⅱ)전륜 및 후륜 구동롤러, 리테이닝 롤러, 그리고 휠 캡 장착유닛 중 적어도 하나와 연결되며, 회전 운동에너지를 전기 에너지로 변환하는 발전유닛과, ⅲ)전륜 및 후륜 회생제동 모터와 발전유닛에 연결되며, 전륜 및 후륜 회생제동 모터와 발전유닛으로부터 생성한 전기 에너지를 저장하는 에너지 저장부를 포함할 수 있다.
