The present invention relates to an angle recognition apparatus for a resolver. The angle recognition apparatus includes: a signal input part applying an excitation signal to a resolver; a level conversion part converting the excitation signal and a first output signal of the first and second output signals outputted from the resolver into voltage levels respectively, and outputting the converted excitation conversion signal and the converted first and second output conversion signals; a phase correction part removing a phase difference between the first and second output conversion signals and outputting a first quadrant signal corresponding to whether phases are identical between the excitation conversion signal and the first output conversion signal, and outputting a second quadrant signal corresponding to whether phases are identical between the excitation conversion signal and the second output conversion signal; an absolute value conversion part converting one of the first and second output conversion signals into an absolute value and outputting the converted absolute value conversion signal; a phase synchronization part generating a timing signal for extracting a peak from the first output conversion signal; and an angle recognition part converting the absolute value conversion signal into a digital signal based on the timing signal, and calculating an angle based on the converted digital signal and the first and second quadrant signals.

본 발명의 리졸버의 각도 인식 장치는, 리졸버에 여자 신호를 인가하는 신호 입력부; 리졸버에서 출력되는 제1, 2 출력 신호 중 제1 출력 신호와 여자 신호를 전압 레벨로 각각 변환하고 변환된 여자 변환 신호와 제1, 2출력 변환 신호를 출력하는 레벨 변환부; 제1, 2 출력 변환 신호의 위상차를 제거하고 여자 변환 신호와 제1출력 변환 신호 간의 위상 동일 여부에 대응하는 제1사분면 신호를 출력하고, 여자 변환 신호와 제2출력 변환 신호 간의 위상 동일 여부에 대응하는 제2사분면 신호를 출력하는 위상 보정부; 제1, 2출력 변환 신호 중 어느 하나를 절대값으로 변환하고 절대값이 변환된 절대값 변환 신호를 출력하는 절대값 변환부; 제1출력 변환 신호 중 최고점을 추출하기 위한 타이밍 신호를 생성하는 위상 동기부; 및 타이밍 신호에 기초하여 절대값 변환 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하고, 변환된 디지털 신호와 제1, 2 사분면 신호에 기초하여 각도를 연산하는 각도 인식부를 포함한다.
