Provided are a dialogue system capable of providing a service in accordance with a user′s real intent or the most necessary service for a user by precisely recognizing a user′s intent based on a variety of information, such as dialogue with the user, vehicle state information, driving environment information, and user information during driving, a vehicle having the same, and a dialogue processing method. In addition, provided are a vehicle capable of performing vehicle control in accordance with a user′s intent through an indirect utterance other than a user′s direct control utterance, and a dialogue processing method. According to an embodiment, a dialogue system includes: a storage configured to store vehicle state information and driving environment information; an input processor configured to acquire an utterance from a user and to extract an action corresponding to the utterance when it is identified that the utterance includes user state information; a dialogue manger configured to acquire a parameter value of a condition determination parameter used to determine whether the action corresponding to the utterance is executable from the storage, to determine an action to be executed based on the parameter value of the condition determination parameter, and to acquire a parameter value of an action parameter used to execute the determined action from the storage; and a result processor configured to generate a response to execute the determined action using the acquired parameter value of the action parameter.

차량 주행 환경에서 사용자와의 대화 및 차량 상태 정보, 주행 환경 정보, 사용자 정보 등의 다양한 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 의도를 정확하게 파악함으로써, 사용자의 실제 의도에 부합되는 서비스 또는 사용자에게 가장 필요한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 대화 시스템, 이를 포함하는 차량 및 대화 처리 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 사용자의 직접적인 제어 발화 이외에 간접적인 발화를 통해서도 사용자의 의도에 부합한 차량 제어가 가능한 차량 및 대화 처리 방법을 제공한다. 일 실시예에 따른 대화 시스템은, 차량의 상태와 관련된 차량 상태 정보 및 상기 차량의 주행 환경과 관련된 주행 환경 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 상황 정보의 정보 값을 저장하는 저장부; 사용자로부터 발화를 획득하고, 기 발화를 분석하여 사용자의 상태 정보를 포함하는 상태 발화이면, 상기 사용자의 발화에 대응되는 액션을 추출하는 입력 처리기; 및 기 발화에 대응되는 액션의 수행 가부를 판단하는데 사용되는 조건 판단 인자의 인자 값을 상기 저장부로터 획득하고, 상기 조건 판단 인자의 인자 값에 기초하여 수행할 액션을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 액션을 수행하는데 사용되는 액션 인자의 인자 값을 상기 저장부로부터 획득하는 대화 관리기; 및 기 획득된 액션 인자의 인자 값을 이용하여 상기 결정된 액션을 수행하기 위한 응답을 생성하는 결과 처리기;를 포함한다.
