The present invention relates to a membrane type insulation system of a cryogenic liquefied gas cargo tank and a cryogenic liquefied gas carrier equipped with the same membrane type insulation system, forming an insulation layer which performs an insulation function and a load support function in a space between adjacent insulation layers to be configured to freely arrange contraction behavior caused by a thermal load, to remarkably reduce a load which has to be endured by the insulation layer and, at the same time, to minimize heat transfer and heat loss by removing a vacant space generated during thermal contraction. More specifically, the present invention can freely apply a corrugated type or a flat plate type membrane in the case of a primary or/and a secondary membrane and can support the insulation layer, supporting the membrane, without a vacant space, thereby ensuring airtightness of the membrane in a state of ensuring the stability. Lower layer plywood of a plywood stacking structure is formed on an insulation material of a secondary insulation layer, and upper layer plywood is installed on the lower layer plywood to be separable.
본 발명은 극저온 액화가스 화물창의 멤브레인형 단열시스템, 및 그 멤브레인형 단열시스템을 구비하는 극저온 액화가스 운반선에 관한 것으로, 인접하는 단열층과 단열층의 사이 공간에 단열기능과 하중 지지 기능을 하는 단열층을 구성함으로써, 열하중에 의해 수축 거동을 자유롭게 구성 배치하며, 단열층이 견뎌야 하는 하중을 현격히 줄임과 동시에 열 수축시 발생하는 빈 공간을 없애서 열전달 및 열손실을 최소화할 수 있다. 특히, 1차 또는/그리고 2차 멤브레인의 경우 주름이 있는 형태나 평판 형태의 멤브레인을 자유롭게 적용할 수 있으며, 멤브레인을 지지하는 단열층이 빈 공간 없이 지지가 됨으로써, 그 안정성을 확보한 상태에서 멤브레인의 기밀을 확보할 수 있다.
