Disclosed is a marine structure. According to one aspect of the present invention, the marine structure includes: a pile installed on a hull to be extended toward the seabed; an anchor coupled to a lower end of the pile to be tapered; and an injecting device injecting clay into a lower side of the pile, wherein the anchor includes a plurality of plates arranged to be inclined with respect to an outer circumferential surface of the pile to be vertically movable along an inclined direction.
