Disclosed is a ship mooring device. According to one aspect of the present invention, the ship mooring device includes: a pile installed on the seabed; a rotating member rotated around a circumference of the pile; and a buffering material coupled to an outer circumference of the rotating member and buffering impact of a colliding ship. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ship mooring device can easily align the ship between the buffering materials which are arranged in parallel.
