The present invention provides a dialog system capable of providing a service which meets actual intention of a user or a service most needed by the user by accurately understanding the intention of the user based on various information such as a dialog with the user in a vehicle driving environment, vehicle state information, driving environment information, and user information, and a dialog processing method. According to an embodiment, the dialog system comprises: a storage unit which stores context information including at least one of vehicle state information related to a state of a vehicle and driving information related to driving of the vehicle, and user information related to a state of the user; an input processing unit which determines a sleepiness state of the user based on the user information, and extracts or generates an action corresponding to the sleepiness state of the user; a dialog management unit which obtains, from the storage unit, a factor value of an action factor used to perform the action corresponding to the sleepiness state of the user; and a result processing unit which generates an instruction for performing an action corresponding to the sleepiness state of the user by using the acquired factor value of the action factor.

차량 주행 환경에서 사용자와의 대화 및 차량 상태 정보, 주행 환경 정보, 사용자 정보 등의 다양한 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 의도를 정확하게 파악함으로써, 사용자의 실제 의도에 부합되는 서비스 또는 사용자에게 가장 필요한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 대화 시스템, 및 대화 처리 방법을 제공한다. 일 실시예에 따른 대화 시스템은, 차량의 상태와 관련된 차량 상태 정보 및 상기 차량의 주행과 관련된 주행 정보 중 적어도 하나와 사용자의 상태와 관련된 사용자 정보를 포함하는 상황 정보를 저장하는 저장부와 사용자 정보에 기초하여 사용자의 졸음 상태를 판단하고, 상기 사용자의 졸음 상태에 대응되는 액션을 추출 또는 생성하는 입력 처리기와 사용자의 졸음 상태에 대응되는 액션을 수행하는데 사용되는 액션 인자의 인자 값을 상기 저장부로부터 획득하는 대화 관리기 및 획득된 액션 인자의 인자 값을 이용하여 상기 사용자의 졸음 상태에 대응되는 액션을 수행하기 위한 명령어를 생성하는 결과 처리기;를 포함한다.
