The present invention provides a pivot arm of a sun visor for a vehicle having a power supply structure which allows a first and a second connection terminal unit to be assembled with an insulation assembly at the same time when the first and the second connection terminal unit are formed to improve productivity by reducing the number of manufacturing and assembling processes of a pivot arm, plates the surface of the insulation assembly with the first and the second connection terminal unit to form the first and the second connection terminal unit to reduce the weight of the pivot arm, and electrically connects wires in the pivot arm and the first and the second connection terminal unit of the insulation assembly by contact at the same time when the insulation assembly and the pivot arm are assembled to facilitate work when separating and reassembling the insulation assembly. The pivot arm of a sun visor for a vehicle having a power supply structure integrally forms a first and a second connection terminal unit on a surface of an insulation assembly by plating the surface of the insulation assembly with a conductive metal. When assembling the insulation assembly on an end of the pivot arm, a first and a second terminal connection unit connected to the first and the second connection terminal unit of the insulation assembly by contact are formed on the pivot arm, and the first and the second terminal connection unit are connected to wires in the pivot arm through a ground unit.

본 발명은 제1 및 제2 접속단자부를 형성함과 동시에 절연결합체와 조립이 이루어지도록 함으로써 피봇암의 제조 및 조립공정수의 감소로 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 절연결합체 표면에 제1 및 제2 접속단자부를 도금하여 형성함으로써 피봇암의 무게를 감소시킬 수 있으며, 또한 절연결합체와 피봇암의 조립과 동시에 접촉식으로 피봇암 내부의 전선과 절연결합체의 제1 및 제2 접속단자부가 전기적으로 접속되도록 하여 절연결합체의 분리 및 재조립시 작업이 매우 편리한 전원공급구조를 가지는 차량용 선바이저의 피봇암을 제공한다. 본 발명의 전원공급구조를 가지는 차량용 선바이저의 피봇암은, 제1 및 제2 접속단자부를 절연결합체 표면에 도전성 금속으로 도금하여 일체적으로 형성하며, 피봇암 끝단에 상기 절연결합체를 조립할 때 절연결합체의 제1 및 제2 접속단자부가 접촉식으로 접속되는 제1 및 제2 단자접속부를 피봇암에 형성하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 단자접속부는 상기 접지부를 통해 피봇암 내부의 전선과 접속하여 이루어진다.
