The present invention relates to a target tracking control device mounted on a ship. The target tracking control device comprises: a sensor unit calculating a current position, current speed, and current heading of a target; a position estimation unit estimating a future position of the target after k hours based on the information calculated by the sensor unit; and a destination setting unit setting a destination to be reached by the target after k hours. The destination setting unit calculates circumference reachable by the target after k hours, searches for any parallel line passing through the future position among parallel lines parallel to a defense line connecting the current position with a position of the target, and sets the destination using any one of the points where the circumference meets the parallel line.
선박에 탑재되는 표적 추종 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 표적의 현재 위치, 현재 속도 및 현재 헤딩을 산출하는 센서부, 상기 센서부에 의하여 산출된 정보에 근거하여, k 시간 후 상기 표적의 미래 위치를 추정하는 위치 추정부, 상기 k 시간 후 상기 표적이 도달할 목적지를 설정하는 목적지 설정부를 포함하며, 상기 목적지 설정부는, 상기 k 시간 후 상기 표적이 도달 가능한 원둘레를 산출하고, 상기 현재 위치와 상기 표적의 위치를 잇는 방위선에 평행한 평행선들 중 상기 미래 위치를 지나는 어느 하나의 평행선을 탐색하며, 상기 원둘레와 상기 평행선이 만나는 점들 중 어느 하나의 점을 이용하여 상기 목적지를 설정한다.
