The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for displaying traffic information for each recognized moving object which recognize moving objects moving in a prescribed area and display traffic information for each recognized moving object. More specifically, the apparatus for displaying traffic information for each recognized moving object comprises: an image camera unit to photograph an image in a prescribed area where moving objects move; a sensing unit to acquire sensor information; an information processing unit to distinguish types of moving objects from acquired information, and analyze and process moving object state information; a display unit to display information processed by the information processing unit; a power supply unit to supply power; and a communication unit to receive the sensor information acquired by the sensing unit and transmission signal information from a moving object with a signal transmitter attached thereto, and transfer the collected sensor information and transmission signal information to the information processing unit. The apparatus for displaying traffic information for each recognized moving object can display traffic information and safety information suitable for each recognized moving object on a traffic sign to provide the recognized moving object with customized traffic information.

본 발명은 일정 구간영역 내에 이동하는 이동체를 인식하고, 인식된 각 이동체별로 교통정보를 표시하는 인식 이동체별 교통정보 표시장치 및 표시방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 인식 이동체별 교통정보 표시장치는 이동체가 이동하는 일정 구간영역 내의 영상을 촬영하는 영상카메라부, 센서 정보를 취득하는 센싱부, 취득한 정보로부터 이동체 종류를 판별하고 이동체 상태 정보를 분석 처리하는 정보처리부, 상기 정보처리부에서 처리된 정보를 표시하는 표시부, 전원을 공급하는 전원부 및 상기 센싱부에서 취득한 센서 정보와 신호발신기가 부착된 이동체로부터 발신신호 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 센서 정보와 발신신호 정보를 상기 정보처리부로 전달하는 통신부를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있으며, 이와 같은 인식 이동체별 교통정보 표시장치는 인식된 각 이동체에 적합한 교통정보 및 안전정보 등을 표지판에 표시하여 인식된 이동체에 맞춤형 교통정보를 제공할 수 있다.
