An embodiment of the present invention provides a floating structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the floating structure comprises: a hull having at least one leg hole vertically penetrating a deck; a support leg lifting along an internal surface of the leg hole and supporting the hull; a spud can connected to a lower end of the support leg, at least a portion of which is inserted into the seabed to support the support leg; and a circular joint unit, wherein one side thereof is fixated to the support leg and the other side thereof is enclosed by the spud can so that the joint unit is coupled to the spud can to be rotatable.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 부유식 구조물이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 부유식 구조물은, 데크를 수직으로 관통하는 적어도 하나의 레그홀이 형성된 선체와, 레그홀의 내측면을 따라 승하강하며 선체를 지지하는 지지레그와, 지지레그의 하단에 연결되며 적어도 일부가 해저면에 삽입되어 지지레그를 지탱하는 스퍼드캔, 및 일 측이 지지레그에 고정되고 타 측이 스퍼드캔에 둘러싸여 스퍼드캔에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 구 형상의 조인트부를 포함할 수 있다.
