The present invention relates to a method for providing application-based notification and payment of traffic law enforcement. The method is executed via an operating server communicating with a user wireless terminal having a designated application installed therein. The method receives user information of a user, unique number information of a user wireless terminal and vehicle information of a user owned vehicle from an app of the user wireless terminal according to a designated procedure, performs one of an authentication procedure for authenticating whether a user corresponding to the user information matches the owner of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle information and an authentication procedure for authenticating whether the mobile phone number of the user corresponding to the unique number information of the user wireless terminal matches the registered mobile phone number of the owner of the vehicle through a vehicle historical data inquiry server of an internal administrative network of a public institution, registers and stores the user information for the authenticated user through the authentication procedure, the unique number information, and the vehicle information in a designated database in association with each other, checks infringement information including the recognized vehicle information when a vehicle in violation of a traffic regulation is photographed through an infringement camera and the vehicle information of the vehicle is recognized, authenticates whether the vehicle information on the infringement information matches the vehicle information registered in the database as a result of the authentication procedure and notifies an enforcement of the traffic law violation information to the app of the user wireless terminal using the unique number information stored in association with the authenticated vehicle information, performs a procedure of providing payment information for paying the payment amount of the traffic violation enforcement, and confirms the payment result of payment of the payment amount included in the payment information through the app of the user wireless terminal provided with the payment information.

본 발명의 교통법규위반집행의 앱 기반 알림 납부 방법은, 지정된 앱을 설치한 사용자 무선단말과 통신하는 운영서버를 통해 실행되는 방법에 있어서, 사용자 무선단말의 앱으로부터 사용자의 사용자정보, 사용자 무선단말의 고유번호정보 및 사용자 소유 차량의 차량정보를 지정된 절차에 따라 수신하고, 공공기관 내부행정망의 차적조회서버를 통해 상기 사용자정보에 대응하는 사용자가 상기 차량정보에 대응하는 차량의 차주와 매칭되는지 인증하기 위한 인증 절차와 상기 사용자 무선단말의 고유번호정보에 대응하는 사용자의 휴대폰번호가 상기 차주의 등록된 휴대폰번호와 매칭되는지 인증하기 위한 인증 절차 중 하나 이상의 인증 절차를 수행하고, 상기 인증 절차를 통해 인증된 사용자에 대한 사용자정보와 고유번호정보 및 차량정보를 연계하여 지정된 데이터베이스에 등록 저장하고, 단속 카메라를 통해 교통법규를 위반한 차량이 촬영되어 상기 차량의 차량정보가 인식되는 경우, 상기 인식된 차량정보를 포함하는 단속정보를 확인하고, 상기 단속정보의 차량정보가 상기 인증 절차의 결과로서 데이터베이스에 등록 저장된 차량정보와 매칭되는지 인증하고, 인증 시, 상기 인증된 차량정보와 연계 저장된 고유번호정보를 이용하여 사용자 무선단말의 앱으로 교통법규위반집행을 통지하고 상기 교통법규위반집행의 납부금액을 납부하기 위한 납부정보를 제공하는 절차를 수행하며, 상기 납부정보를 제공받은 사용자 무선단말의 앱을 개입시켜 상기 납부정보에 포함된 납부금액의 납부결제를 처리한 결제결과를 확인한다.
