The present invention relates to a radiant heater for a vehicle, capable of heating by directly emitting radiant heat toward an occupant in the initial stage of starting the vehicle in the winter. The radiant heater includes: a heat emitting member having a heat emitting body generating heat; a heat transfer member wrinkled in a waveform, having a fine tube, which has a hollowed inner part depending on the wrinkled shape, and is filled with a working fluid, in which the phase change of the working fluid occurs such that the working fluid is evaporated or condensed at a specific temperature, and having one side coupled to the heat emitting member; a heat diffusion member having one surface closely coupling to the heat emitting member; and an insulating member coupled to one surface of the heat diffusion member and formed to cover the heat emitting member and the heat transfer member. The radiant heat is directly emitted toward the occupant to perform heating. In addition, since high-temperature radiant heat is rapidly emitted, the fast-acting and the comfortability of heating may be improved. In addition, the radiant heat is emitted with respect to the large area even by a small number of heating devices.
본 발명은 동절기 차량의 시동 초기에 탑승자를 향해 복사열을 직접 방출하여 난방을 할 수 있도록 하는 차량용 복사열 히터에 있어서, 열을 발생시키는 발열체를 갖는 발열부재; 물결 형태로 주름지게 형성되고, 상기 주름진 형태를 따라 내부가 중공된 세관이 형성되며, 상기 세관에는 특정한 온도에서 증발 또는 응축되는 상변화가 일어날 수 있는 작동유체가 충전되며, 상기 발열부재가 일측에 결합되는 열전달부재; 상기 열전달부재가 일면에 밀착 결합되는 열확산부재; 및 상기 열확산부재의 일면에 결합되어, 상기 발열부재 및 열전달부재를 덮도록 형성된 단열부재; 를 포함하여 이루어져, 탑승자를 향해 복사열을 직접 방출하여 난방을 할 수 있도록 하되 고온의 복사열을 빠르게 방출할 수 있어 난방의 속효성 및 쾌적성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 적은 양의 발열소자로 대면적에 대해 복사열 방출이 가능한 차량용 복사열 히터에 관한 것이다.
