Disclosed is a fence for protecting facilities in a floating structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fence for protecting a specific facility provided in a floating structure from an external impact includes: an inner panel disposed outside the specific facility; an outer panel disposed at a predetermined distance from the inner panel outside the inner panel; a magnetic force member installed on the inner panel and the outer panel to generate a repulsive force between the inner panel and the outer panel; and a guiding means connected between the inner panel and the outer panel to prevent the inner panel and the outer panel from being separated by more than a predetermined distance and to guide the movement of the outer panel.
