The present invention relates to a discharge moisture decomposition apparatus, which comprises: a first electrode exposed to an internal space of a case having an electronic substrate, connected to one electrode of a power source and having a dielectric coated on the surface thereof; a second electrode which is exposed to the internal space of the case having the electronic substrate and is connected to the other electrode of the power source and is spaced apart from the first electrode by a predetermined distance to form a gap; and a conventional chamber formed between the dielectric coated surface of the first electrode and the second electrode, circulating air in the case, and decomposing moisture in the air through a discharge phenomenon occurring between the first electrode and the second electrode.
