The present invention relates to an emergency alarm apparatus for a vehicle for preventing a secondary accident. When an emergency situation occurs while driving on road traffic, a safety tripod can be automatically spread at the differential height of an upper end of the apparatus by automatically being bound such as an umbrella by one-touch operation. Therefore, the present invention can be rapidly and easily fixed to be attached on an upper surface or a side surface of the vehicle using a magnetic attachment means. Moreover, a driver does not need to get out of the vehicle having the apparatus like the umbrella to perform a subsequent action or to get out of the vehicle in order to rapidly and effectively inform of the emergency situation such as breakdown to drivers of the other vehicles or fellow riders at an upper end at the differential height. Therefore, human life can be protected from a danger from a secondary accident. Moreover, the present invention can be used for various purposes such as a traffic signal bar. In addition, the apparatus of the present invention have the excellent speed and visibility.
본 발명은 2차 사고 예방을 위한 차량용 긴급 알림 장치로써 도로 교통에서주행 중 돌발 상황 발생시 원 터치 작동으로 우산대 처럼 자동 튀어 올라 상단의 차별화 된 높이에서 안전 삼각대가 자동 펼쳐지게 하여 자성이 있는 부착수단으로 신속 간편하게 차량의 상면이나 측면에 고정 부착하고 차에서 우산처럼 들고 내려 후속 조치를 하거나 운전자가 차에서 내리지 않고도 차별화된 상당한 높이 상단에서 다른 차량 운전자나 동승자들에게 고장등 긴급 상황을 신속하고 효과적으로 알려주어 2차 사고로 인한 위험으로 부터 사람의 생명을 보호하고 교통 신호봉등 다양한 용도로 활용할 수 있는 신속성과 시인성이 우수한 2차 사고 예방을 위한 차량용 긴급 알림 장치와 그 방법에 관한 것이다 .
