The present invention relates to a mooring system for a near-shore floater, which is configured to easily and safely moor floaters such as a floating crude oil or liquefied gas production storage off-loading facility to the near shore close to the coastline. According to the present invention, the mooring system for a near-shore floater comprises: a quay wall (200) built on the seabed of the adjacent sea (2) of the coastline (1), wherein the seabed is used as a base for the quay wall and having a quay wall side surface (202); and the near-shore floater (100) having a quay wall bottom surface (400), a ship side surface (102), and a ship bottom surface (104) formed on the seabed in front of the quay wall side surface (202). The ship side surface (102) of the near-shore floater (100) is moved close to the quay wall side surface (202) and submerged, such that the ship bottom surface (104) is mounted on the quay wall bottom surface (400) to fixate the near-shore floater (100) to the quay wall bottom surface (400). A ship side sealing dam (600), which prevents water penetration to seal a surface of the ship side surface (102) to keep the same in a dry state, is installed on the quay wall side surface (202) and the ship side surface (102). A ship bottom sealing dam (700), which prevents water penetration to seal a surface of the ship bottom surface (104) to keep the same in a dry state, is installed on the quay wall bottom surface (400) and the ship bottom surface (104).

본 발명은 부유식 원유 또는 액화가스 생산 저장 하역 설비(플로터)를 해안선 근처의 연안에 간편하고 안전하게 계류시키기 위한 연안 플로터 계류 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 연안 플로터 계류 시스템은, 연안 해안선(1)의 인접 해상(2)에 해저 바닥을 지지 기반으로 축조되며 안벽 측면(202)을 가지는 안벽(200)과, 상기 안벽 측면(202) 전방의 해저 바닥에 형성되는 안벽 바닥면(400)과, 선측면(102) 및 선저면(104)을 구비하는 연안 플로터(100)를 포함하며; 상기 연안 플로터(100)의 선측면(102)을 안벽 측면(202)에 근접시키고 가라앉혀 선저면(104)을 상기 안벽 바닥면(400)에 안착시키는 것에 의해 연안 플로터(100)를 안벽 바닥면(400)에 고정하고; 상기 안벽 측면(202)과 선측면(102)에, 물의 침입을 차단하여 선측면(102) 표면을 건조한 상태로 밀봉 유지하는 선측 밀봉 댐(600)을 설치하며; 상기 안벽 바닥면(400)과 선저면(104)에 물의 침입을 차단하여 선저면(104) 표면을 건조한 상태로 밀봉 유지하는 선저 밀봉 댐(700)을 설치하여 구성된다.
