The present invention relates to an insulation system for a liquefied gas hold. A first insulation layer is an insulation layer in which the weight is reduced and which is thin in comparison with a second insulation layer. A structure capable of fixing the first insulation layer can be simplified, and a fixing structure can be applied with a shape of passing through a second membrane or a shape of not passing through the second membrane. The fixing structure is installed by using a through unit constructed to fix the second insulation layer. The fixing structure passing through a membrane located at the center of the second insulation layer is fixed to an intersection point of four corners of the first insulation layer. The fixing structure comprises: a support unit passing through the second membrane and fixed to the upper part of the second insulation layer by a rivet or a screw; a stud bolt connected to the support unit; a metal plate member fixing the intersection point of the four corners in the first insulation layer; a nut capable of fixing the metal plate; and a washer equalizing a coupling force when the metal plate is fixed by the nut. In case a first membrane is installed in the upper part of the fixing structure, an insertion type insulation material capable of filling a space generated and a plywood cover for bearing an external force which the first membrane receives are installed. According to the present invention, the weight of the insulation system for a liquefied gas hold is reduced, and the insulation system for a liquefied gas hold is slim. The insulation system for a liquefied gas hold can improve insulation performance and structural rigidity. The insulation system for a liquefied gas hold can reduce production costs by simplifying a manufacturing process of a cargo hold.

    본 발명은 액화가스 화물창의 단열 시스템에 관한 것으로, 1차 단열층은 2차 단열층 대비 두께가 얇은 경량화된 단열층으로, 1차 단열층을 고정할 수 있는 구조를 단순화할 수 있으며, 고정 구조가 2차 멤브레인을 관통하는 형태 또는 2차 멤브레인을 관통하지 않은 형태 모두 적용 가능하며, 고정 구조는 2차 단열층을 고정하기 위해 시공된 관통부를 이용하여 설치할 수 있으며, 하나의 2차 단열층의 중심부에 위치한 멤브레인을 관통하는 형태의 고정 구조가 1차 단열층의 네 모서리의 교차 지점에서 고정하는 방식으로 고정구조는 2차 멤브레인을 관통하고 2차 단열층의 상부에 리벳 또는 스크류 등으로 고정되는 지지부, 지지부에 연결되는 스터드 볼트(stud bolt), 1차 단열층의 네 모서리의 교차 지점을 고정할 수 있는 금속판 부재, 금속판 부재를 고정할 수 있는 너트와 금속판을 너트로 고정할 때 체결력을 균일하게 할 수 있는 와셔(washer)로 구성되며, 고정 구조 상부에는 1차 멤브레인이 설치될 경우, 발생하는 공간을 충진할 수 있는 삽입형 단열재와 1차 멤브레인이 받는 외력을 견딜 수 있도록 플라이우드 덮개가 설치되는 구조이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 경량화 및 슬림화 구현하고 단열성능 및 구조적 강성을 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론 화물창 제조공정이 단순화되어 생산원가를 절감할 수 있다.
