Disclosed are a boil off gas reliquefaction system, and a boil off reliquefaction method. According to the present invention, the boil off gas reliquefaction system comprises: a compressor compressing boil off gas generated from a storage tank provided to a ship or an offshore structure; a first heat exchanger where the boil off gas compressed by the compressor exchanges heat with the boil off gas introduced to the compressor; a first expansion means where the compressed boil off gas of which the heat is exchanged in the first heat exchanger is expanded; and an oil separator separating lubricating oil contained in the compressed boil off gas cooled by passing a portion of the first heat exchanger and enabling the lubricating oil to be reintroduced to the first heat exchanger, wherein the lubricating oil to prevent abrasion is supplied to the compressor.
