The present invention relates to a floating storage power plant having LNG regasification equipment and power generation equipment, and an operation method for cooling and heating the same. Seawater is used in a condenser of the power generation equipment as a cooling medium, and then is reused in the LNG regasification equipment as a heating medium, thereby making the inlet temperature of the cooling medium flowing into the power generation equipment identical to the outlet temperature of the heating medium exhausted from the LNG regasification equipment, or minimizing the difference therebetween. Therefore, the present invention satisfies the requirement with respect to the inlet and outlet temperature difference of the seawater, which is one of the environment regulation requirements.

    본 발명은 LNG 재기화설비와 발전설비를 갖춘 부유 저장식 발전플랜트 및 그 부유 저장식 발전플랜트의 냉각 가열 운전방법에 관한 것으로, 해수(海水)를 발전설비의 콘덴서에서 냉매(Cooling Medium)로 사용한 후, 다시 LNG 재기화설비에서 열매(Heating Medium)로 사용함으로써, 발전설비에 유입되는 냉매의 입구온도와 LNG 재기화설비에서 방출되는 열매의 출구온도를 동일하게 하거나 그 차이를 최소한으로 하여 환경규제요건 중의 하나인 해수의 입, 출구 온도차이에 대한 요구조건을 만족시킬 수 있다.
