A floating structure is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the floating structure operated on the sea by a sailing mode and a jack-up mode comprises: a main body floating on the sea; a leg comprising a code vertically penetrating the main body and a rack gear formed to protrude from both sides of the code; a leg support unit supporting the leg and enabling the main body and the leg to be vertically moved with respect to each other; and a protection unit preventing the leg from directly colliding with a floating substance floating on the sea.
본 발명은 부유식 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 해양에서 항해 모드와 잭업 모드로 운용되는 부유식 구조물에 있어서, 물에 부유할 수 있는 본체; 상기 본체를 상하 방향으로 관통하는 코드 및 상기 코드의 양측에 돌출되게 형성된 랙 기어를 포함하는 레그; 상기 레그를 지지하며, 상기 본체와 상기 레그를 상하 방향으로 상대 운동시키는 레그 지지부; 및 상기 레그와 상기 해양에서 부유하는 부유물과의 직접적인 충돌을 방지하는 방호 유닛을 포함하는 부유식 구조물이 제공될 수 있다.
