Provided is a composite sheet for an interior material of a vehicle, having a multi-layered structure in which a surface resin layer, an inner resin layer, and a support layer are sequentially stacked, in which the surface resin layer includes an etching portion and a non-etching portion. In addition, provided is a method for manufacturing the composite sheet for an interior material of a vehicle comprising the following steps of: preparing the support layer; forming the inner resin layer by applying and coating a first resin composition containing a first thermoplastic resin and a first pigment onto an upper portion of the support layer; forming the surface resin layer by applying and coating a second resin composition containing a second thermoplastic resin and a second pigment different from the first pigment onto an upper portion of the inner resin layer; and forming a concave-convex pattern on the upper surface of the surface resin layer.
표면 수지층, 내부 수지층 및 지지층이 순차적으로 적층된 다층 구조이고, 상기 표면 수지층이 에칭부 및 비에칭부를 포함하는 자동차 내장재용 복합시트를 제공한다. 지지층을 마련하는 단계; 상기 지지층 상부에 제1 열가소성 수지 및 제1 안료를 포함하는 제1 수지 조성물을 도포 및 코팅하여 내부 수지층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 내부 수지층 상부에 제2 열가소성 수지 상기 제1 안료와 상이한 제2 안료를 포함하는 제2 수지 조성물을 도포 및 코팅하여 표면 수지층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 표면 수지층 상부면에 요철 패턴을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 자동차 내장재용 복합시트 제조방법을 제공한다.
