Disclosed is an integrated control system for tracking a suspect vehicle, on which fragmental information has been secured, using a CCTV camera. For the purpose, provided is an integrated control system including an integrated control server, comprising: a piecemeal information collecting module for receiving piecemeal information on a suspect vehicle; a storage module for storing surveillance images and the piecemeal information on the suspect vehicle; a vehicle number identifying module for identifying a vehicle number by analyzing the surveillance images; a suspect vehicle classifying module for generating the list of suspect vehicles matched to the piecemeal information on the suspect vehicle based on a vehicle information DB; and a control module for extracting a suspect vehicle number matched to the list of suspect vehicles among vehicle numbers identified by the vehicle number identifying module, and generating alarm information including the suspect vehicle number and the position information of the suspect vehicle having the suspect vehicle number. According to the present invention, the list of suspect vehicles can be configured based on fragmental information on a suspect vehicle and the movement of vehicles included in the list of suspect vehicles can be monitored efficiently.

CCTV 카메라를 이용하여 단편적인 차량정보가 확보된 용의차량을 추적하는 통합 관제 시스템이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 용의차량 조각정보를 입력받는 조각정보 수집모듈과, 상기 감시영상 및 용의차량 조각정보를 저장하는 저장모듈과, 상기 감시영상을 분석하여 차량번호를 식별하는 차량번호 식별모듈과, 상기 차량정보 DB를 기반으로 상기 용의차량 조각정보에 매칭된 용의차량 리스트를 생성하는 용의차량 분류모듈과, 상기 차량번호 식별모듈을 통해 식별된 차량번호 중 상기 용의차량 리스트에 매칭된 용의 차량번호를 추출하며 용의 차량번호와 용의 차량번호를 갖는 용의차량의 위치 정보가 포함된 알람정보를 생성하는 제어모듈로 구성된 통합 관제 서버를 포함하는 통합 관제 시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 용의차량에 대한 단편적인 정보를 기반으로 용의차량 리스트를 구성할 수 있으며, 용의차량 리스트에 포함된 차량의 움직임을 효율적으로 감시할 수 있다.
