The present invention relates to a vehicle security system capable of simultaneously using the lower search of a vehicle in which the effectiveness, security, and safety are improved in managing the vehicles and recognizing the vehicle license plate by recognizing the lower structure of a vehicle using a fisheye lens, by recognizing the vehicle license plate using a license plate recognition apparatus, and by determining reliability with respect to two detection data recognizing whether a vehicle is allowed to enter. According to the present invention, disclosed is a vehicle security system simultaneously using the lower search of the vehicle and the recognizing of the vehicle license plate comprising: a loop coil to generate a vehicle entry signal in entering of the vehicle by being installed in an entry of an access road; a block control apparatus to generate a control signal by receiving a vehicle entry signal of the loop coil; a vehicle number board recognition apparatus including an optical apparatus for capturing the license plate of the vehicle by control signal of the block control apparatus; an optical angle camera is buried under the ground of the road on which the vehicle passes and in which the fisheye lens for capturing the lower part of the vehicle; a scan line camera for capturing the lower steel image of the vehicle; and a control unit for determining whether the vehicle is allowed to enter by comparing the image obtained by the optical angle camera and the scan line camera with the inputted image.

본 발명은 어안렌즈를 이용하여 차량의 하부 구조를 인식하고, LPR(Licence Plate Recogntion) 장치를 이용하여 차량 번호판을 인식하여, 출입이 허가된 등록된 차량인가의 여부를 인식된 두 개의 검출 데이타를 기준으로 신뢰성 높게 판단함으로써, 입출차 관리시의 효율성과 보안성 및 안정성을 향상시킨 차량 하부검색과 차량 번호판 인식을 동시에 이용한 입출차 보안 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 진입로 입구에 설치되어 차량 진입시에 차량 진입 신호를 발생하는 루프코일과, 루프코일의 차량 진입신호를 전송받아 제어 신호를 발생하는 차단제어장치와, 차단제어장치의 제어신호에 의하여 진입 차량의 번호판을 촬영하는 광학장치로 구성된 차량번호판인식장치와; 차량이 통과하는 도로상의 지면하에 매립되어 설치되는 것으로, 차량의 하부를 촬영하는 어안렌즈가 장착된 광각 카메라와, 차량의 하부 스틸 영상을 촬영하는 스캔 라인 카메라와, 광각 카메라와 스캔 라인 카메라에 의해 얻어진 영상을 이미 입력된 영상과 비교하여 입출 차량 여부를 판단하는 제어부로 구성된 UVSS;로 구성된 차량 하부검색과 차량 번호판 인식을 동시에 이용한 입출차 보안 시스템이 제공된다.
