The present invention relates to a floating LNG producing facility and an LNG loading method using the same and, more specifically, to an LNG loading method using a floating LNG producing facility and a floating LNG producing facility including: a floating marine structure including an LNG reliquefaction device; a storage tank connected to the floating marine structure; and a buffer tank connected to the storage tank, wherein a boil off gas (BOG) generated when an LNG is loaded on an LNG carrier in the floating marine structure flows into the buffer tank, and the buffer tank transmits the BOG flowing into the storage tank of the floating marine structure. According to the present invention, the BOG is transferred to the buffer tank before being transferred to the reliquefaction device of the floating LNG producing facility to reliquefy the BOG generated when the LNG is located on the LNG carrier. After then, the BOG is transferred from the buffer tank to the reliquefaction device. Therefore, a capacity of the reliquefaction device does not need to be excessively increased, and therefore the floating LNG producing facility can reduce facility costs and management costs.

본 발명은 부유식 LNG 생산설비 및 상기 부유식 LNG 생산설비를 이용한 LNG 로딩 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, LNG 재액화장치를 포함하는 부유식 해상 구조물; 상기 부유식 해상 구조물에 연결된 저장탱크; 및 상기 저장탱크에 연결되며, 상기 부유식 해상 구조물에서 LNG선으로 LNG를 로딩할 때 발생하는 BOG(Boil Off Gas)가 유입되며, 상기 부유식 해상 구조물의 저장탱크로 유입된 BOG를 이송하기 위한 완충탱크(buffer tank)를 포함하는 LNG 생산설비 및 상기 LNG 생산설비를 이용하여 상기 부유식 LNG 생산설비에서 LNG선으로 LNG를 로딩하기 위한 LNG 로딩 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, LNG선에 LNG 로딩시 발생하는 BOG를 재액화하기 위해서 부유식 LNG 생산설비의 재액화장치로 이송하기 전에 완충탱크에 먼저 BOG를 이송한 다음, 상기 완충탱크에서 상기 재액화장치로 BOG를 이송하므로, 재액화장치의 용량을 과도하게 증가시킬 필요가 없고, 이로 인하여, 설비 비용 및 운영 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
