The present invention relates to a boil-off gas processing system and a boil-off gas processing method in a floating storage-type gas power plant. During normal operation, fuel in a fuel tank can be supplied to a power plant and boil-off gas generated from the fuel tank can be compressed, liquefied and re-supplied to the power plant. During abnormal operation (in case of being unable to supply fuel due to the malfunction of the power plant), fuel can be supplied to an auxiliary intermediate pressure tank and be stored after the boil-off gas generated from the fuel tank is compressed and liquefied. A necessary amount of fuel can be supplied to the power plant and the remainder can be stored in the auxiliary intermediate pressure tank by compressing and liquefying the boil-off gas in the process of loading and unloading the fuel tank.
본 발명은 부유 저장식 가스 발전플랜트의 증발가스 처리 시스템 및 처리 방법에 관한 것으로, 정상 운전 시에 연료 탱크의 연료를 발전 플랜트에 공급하고, 연료 탱크로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 압축하고 액화하여 다시 연료를 발전 플랜트에 공급할 수 있고, 비정상 운전시(발전 플랜트의 고장으로 연료를 공급할 수 없을 경우)에 연료 탱크로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 압축하고 액화시킨 후 연료를 보조 중압 탱크로 공급하여 저장할 수 있으며, 연료 탱크의 로딩 및 언 로딩(loading/unloading) 시에 증발가스를 압축하고 액화하여 필요한 양만큼 연료를 발전 플랜트에 공급하고 나머지는 보조 중압 탱크에 저장할 수 있다.
