The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to monitor a mooring rope of a ship or an offshore plant, and the apparatus receiving various types of data from a sensor installed in a mooring rope. An apparatus to monitor a mooring rope of a ship or an offshore plant comprises: a sensor unit installed in the mooring rope measuring data of a state of the mooring rope; a wireless transmission unit which transmits the measured data of the sensor unit to a wireless reception unit; the wireless reception unit installed in a body of the offshore plant, and receiving the measured data from the wireless transmission unit; and a central processing unit which estimates a mooring state of the mooring rope using the measured data received through the wireless transmission unit.
본 발명은 계류삭에 설치된 센서로부터 각종 데이터를 수신하는 선박 또는 해양 플랜트의 계류삭 모니터링 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 선박 또는 해양 플랜트의 계류삭 모니터링 장치에 있어서, 상기 계류삭에 설치되어 계류삭의 상태에 관한 데이터를 측정하는 센서부; 상기 센서부의 측정 데이터를 무선 수신부로 전송하는 무선 송신부; 상기 선박 또는 상기 해양 플랜트의 선체에 설치되어, 상기 무선 송신부로부터 상기 측정 데이터를 수신하는 무선 수신부; 및 상기 무선 송신부를 통해 수신된 상기 측정 데이터를 이용하여 상기 계류삭의 계류 상태를 추정하는 중앙처리부를 포함하는 선박 또는 해양 플랜트의 계류삭 모니터링 장치가 제공된다.
