The present invention relates to a substrate for a vehicle interior material, which comprises the structure of: a core layer applied with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) foaming sheet; and a reinforcement layer on the both sides of the core layer with a stiffener applied a PET foaming sheet of the same material with a different foaming magnification. The substrate for the vehicle interior material has excellent recyclability and heat resistance, particularly with excellent formability and lightweight properties, and has sound absorbing properties and thermal insulation properties.
본 발명은 차량 내장재용 기재에 관한 것으로 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 발포 시트(sheet)를 코어층로 적용하며, 코어층의 양면에 보강재로 발포 배율이 다른 동일 소재의 PET 발포 시트를 적용한 보강층 구조를 갖는다. 본 차량 내장재용 기재는 재활용성 및 내열성이 우수하며, 특히 성형성 및 경량성이 우수하고 흡차음성 및 단열성을 갖는다.
